Yes, it is fine just that you have the part of the basement rented to another person.

The beds were not comfortable and had no blinds.

Advisable

The area is ideal, with the beach to a walk and several sites to eat. Near places of interest. The owner is a very pleasant person and was very aware of us during the stay. The house has a terrace overlooking the beach.

The Internet was not going, although they are in the process of improvement.
